This Villa is perfect for groups and families up to 8 people looking for a tropical sanctuary with breathtaking views.  Tastefully decorated and updated in 2016, Aqua Vista offers guests 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and den. Built into the hillside of Blue Mountain, it is surrounded by mature lush vegetation and landscaping. The views of the north shore of Turks and Caicos islands from North Caicos to Northwest Point on Providenciales are truly mesmerizing! Sitting on the shaded front deck, cooled by ocean breezes and an icy drink while gazing at the ocean might change “happy hour” into Happy Afternoon! It might even change your life!

​Blue Mountain is perfectly situated in the middle of Providenciales close to all that this island has to offer. Aqua Vista is close to all of the beach accesses across this beautiful island whether you want to wander Grace Bay Beach on the hotel strip or see the kiteboarders on Long Bay Beach or marvel at the calm warm waters of Sapodilla Beach or Taylor bay on the southwest side. Restaurants and shopping are only a short drive away as well. You will want to rent a car to get around but there is no need for 4 wheel drive as you will be on paved roads to the top of Blue Mountain. A 1 minute walk up the road from Aqua Vista is the top of Blue Mountain (at a soaring 150 feet) and a viewpoint that offers a full 360 degree view of the island of Providenciales, and could be your first excursion to get the “lay of the land”.

Open living space

The living room area opens onto the deck on 3 sides with 8′ tall sliding doors to let the breezes flow through. The seating is comfortable and modern with an island flare. The 55″ HDTV, Bluetooth Bose Soundock and digital cable channels will keep you entertained in the evening if you find yourselves inside.

​There are options for dining inside or outside on the front deck. Both areas provide seating for at least 8 people. A Weber BBQ located on the top deck will keep the grillmaster in your group very happy providing everyone with gourmet grilled meals.

Outdoor living

You will enjoy the privacy and comfort of the pool area – this oasis will likely be a focal point of your vacation at Aqua Vista complete with Banana Palms framing in the view to the ocean. The pool is surrounded by loungers and umbrellas and the gazebo offers a cool, shady place to watch the kids or enjoy a beverage as you gaze at the turquoise ocean beyond.  You’ll also enjoy the convenience of the outdoor shower to rinse off after your dip in the pool.
